Works perfectly!
The birds would steal my cherries every year, while the squirrels would feast on the hazel tree. However, this worked perfectly and kept them deterred! It wasn't easy to put up though, it was quite fiddly to get it up and over the tree (despite the video making it look really simple!). But, it was completely worth it. It has saved my garden and will hopefully last for years to come. I'd most definitely recommend this.

Well made.
ProsStrong and able to fend off predators.ConsA bit too heavy for the branches so a few support stakes required.

It works, kind of...
Does a great job keeping the pesky birds from my fruit buds 👍👍 but the draw string broke immediately I pulled it. Bit naff I Chad some string to repair my brand new net...🤷♂️

It works
Not too difficult to get over the tree but you have to make sure you close it tightly at the bottom so no wasps can get in. Hoping for a good crop of apples this year that haven't been bitten by birds or wasps

A Good Net - BUT watch out for penny-pimching
The net itself is good and, hopefully provides appropriate protection.BUT experience totally ruined by penny pinching. The fastening cord around the bottom is not one complete length - instead someone thought it was good to use several pieces (offcuts?) and tie them together. Unfortunately they had no idea how to tie a knot that joined two lengths together! Result - when tried to fasten the cord it came apart WITHIN the net itself and needed totally replacing.VERY Disappointed

Two fundamental flaws
This product has two fundamental flaws, firstly the mesh is too dense so it traps moisture causing fruit to rot. The second flaw is that for a product described as a tree protector it is actually too small, the product is better described as a fruit bush protector. Imho this product is a waste of money and someone would be better advised to buy large sections of fruit cage netting and create their own cage around a fruit tree.

Keeping the squirrels off our apple tree so far
Probably effective against squirells as they can't see the young apples now - if they really put their mind to it I'm sure they could gnaw their way through the net. Fingers crossed..

I wish it came in a bigger size
Easy to put on the tree but needs to be a bit bigger. Unfortunately I cannot find a bigger size. The tree still didn’t breathe well so a lot of fruit went mouldy but we managed to get about 5kg of cherries (we lost about the same amount)Green is more aesthetically pleasing than a white net curtain that I have used in the past!
