Harder than I thought
I am using the lightest one and it's still pretty tough. I can only do it for 2 minutes.

These are not like other competitors. The holes in the product make them too "squishy" to even work!
These don't work! I have another more expensive solid pair without holes throughout. The are squishy and don't apply any true pressure to the jaw to truly exercise your jaw. Don't waste your money on these and buy another competitive product WITHOUT HOLES in the center!

Works but be warned
The product overall is good but the holes cause suction and if it's close to your inner skin it will get stuck. If you're not careful you'll cause skin sores or damage the skin.

Too wide
Even though I have substantially large teeth these are too wide and create a suction to my cheek that abraded the insides of my cheeks. They should narrow them slightly (perhaps 1/16” to 3/32”.

Great Value for $
I just received these jaw exercisers but so far I can only say that the product is as good as the claims. The delivery was speedy, bottom line I would recommend this product and I am very happy with the transaction
