I have nothing bad to say about this lock. Works great. Was able to unlock my door in Ohio from Maryland when the house sitter couldn’t get finger print to read. It can be kinda touchy in the rain. Very satisfied. Have four stars cause there is always room for improvement.

I have double doors on the front of my house and just got new locks for them a year ago, so I didn't want to change everything. I was looking for a lock that allows for a code, fingerprint, or phone app access for multiple people so my family wouldn't have to carry extra keys for my home. After considerable research, I decided on this one.This lock has everything I was looking for and it matches the rest of my door hardware, so it was a much less expensive option than changing everything. The lock was easy to install with only a screwdriver and it seems very secure.I already had the Smart Life app on my phone, so it was a bonus that I didn't need another app. At first, the app didn't want to lock and unlock the door, although I could hear it making noise like it wanted to. I decided to uninstall and then reinstall the lock on the app, and presto! It worked perfectly!I love this lock and how easy it is to use with the app, fingerprint, or code. There are also keys in case of some unforeseen issue. I can give all of my family members their own codes and they can also use their fingerprints for really easy access. The log on the app tells me exactly who is coming and going, which is reassuring. All in all, this is a really good lock at a reasonable price. I would definitely buy it again.

No problems installing, connecting to internet, or adding fingerprint scans for access. Actually getting the thing to work, however, has been futile. I can manually turn the knob and the deadbolt slides over without any issues. When I try to use fingerprint scan or app to lock it, I just keep getting an error message. I've tried calling their customer service number - multiple days and different times of the day, and can never get someone to answer the phone. What a total and complete WASTE OF MONEY.
