Great product.

I installed one of these on the drip tank on a gas well to easily monitor pressure without having to leave a gauge installed. No leaks and makes pressure checks a snap using a digital gauge.

Works

I bought an clip-on type adapter for my Dewalt high/low-pressure inflator because, like everyone else, I was getting tired of screwing on and off the hose. My adapter came and it wouldn't work because it had a 1/4 inch female opening and I needed the smaller one. Enter this little piece of equipment. It has a valve on the small end of it and the exact right size on the bigger end. Because of the valve, i didn't think it wold work. I put it on anyway and was surprised. It works with those inflators. So if you get the stand-alone adapter you'll need to buy one of these. If you get the adapter that comes as a 6-inch long hose with a male end already, you won't need this.

These findings worded great, good quality.

These work exactly as they should and the npt threaded side is a legitimate, full length npt thread. Anyone familiar with cheap threaded pipe fittings online will know that a lot of those fittings come with a truncated threaded portions that aren't long enough to form a good seal and end up bottoming out before any torques is applied. These are not like that, there is plenty of thread to thread into even a worn female fitting and tighten with several revolutions of thread remaining outside of the joint. I've only pressurized these to aplbout 160psi and had absolutely no issues so I'm sure they are good for much more than that.
