Bought this and all of the other books in this series for my son as Christmas presents. He had never read them, but loves this author's other books. My son is 8 years old and is in 3rd grade. He loves the books but said they are little below his reading level. He likes to read them between tougher books as a "break" ... Love this author and none of his books have ever disappointed.

Still really enjoying reading this series with the kids! We are looking forward to starting the next book tonight. No idea where to go after we get through all ten books!

Both my sons love this series. My 7 year old snatches the book as soon as it arrives & devours it. They are spooky stories but not too scary for it's target age group. It's more mystery than horror. Has lots of pictures - a good transition from picture books to chapter books.

My son loves this series. Like many children in this video game era, it takes a lot to hold his attention, and the Eerie Elementary series seems to be doing the trick. The vocabulary and grammar are just right to encourage my second-grader without overwhelming him.

We continue to love this series of books. Fun reads for my boys and they always have a little suspense, fright and humor in them. I would recommend these for boys and girls alike. The kids are smart and resourceful and keep old man Orson from destroying the school.

I asked my 9-yo twin grandsons if they wanted the next Eerie Elementary book, thinking they might have had enough of it. But NO...I got a resounding YES! from both, even from the one who usually falls asleep before we finish reading for the night.

The book was in perfect condition. Thank you.
