Amazing Shower and Filter
First all, I would like to appreciate the filter used. It distinctly reduces the hardness of water and we are able to get more soap foam using this filter. This is a clear indication that this filter works well.Then, coming to the Shower, the quality is very good, and all the 5 modes are well differentiable. Each and every mode has its own significance and able to enjoy each. Especially the Mist mode and Rain + Mist mode are simply superb, and not commonly available in many other brands.Love the product.

Good shower head with multiple modes
I have been using the product for almost a year now. It is made of some kind of plastic and I noticed a crack very early on after I had screwed it onto the shower hose, but that could be on account of my own ineptitude.The flow has decreased a little bit but that's probably due to hard water. Other than that it has held up quite well. I am not sure how to judge if the hard water filter makes a difference, but I just love the mist mode.
