Bought this as ad says it works with series 5000 beard trimmer. It fits the series 5000 no problem. But the series 5000 uses a dial to offer 0-20mm. This product offers 0-3mm. Using this product with the series 5000 offer 3mm max, not 23mm.This head removes the ability to use the products inbuilt dial. It is not compatable.Construction fine, if looking for a replacement for another trimmer im sure this is fine

When first used it met all expectations

I bought this as my dog chewed my clipper hear size 2 , and this is no where near the same length , even on the lowest setting it’s not the same as my previous clipper head , WASTE OF MONEY

I was trying to find a replacement for a 2mm cap that I've lost. This thing at its lowest setting (1mm) is probably around 2.5-3mm. I'm impressed you can screw up something so basic

3mm is more like 6mm..waste of money..👎🏻
