Makes a great thickener
I used to be able to buy this soup in the supermarket until it got scarcer and scarcer to find so was really pleased to find them on Amazon. I don't use them as a soup but as a thickener when cooking mince with onions and carrots etc., for say a Cottage Pie because being vegetable it enhances the flavour of the mince and vegetables. Add the soup mix about 10 to 15 minutes before the end of cooking time, a little extra water may be required if too thick.

Nice And Light Very Refreshing
I love these I go through periods of not eating much and my stomach gets a bit tight these are a nice light intro back to food without feeling bloated the odd slice of buttered bread is a nice light accompaniment so for someone elderly or been poorly for a while then I would definitely recommend these but makesure what little veg there is that it's thoroughly cooked it's quite easy to overlook this so I would recommend you cook for an extra minute or two

A blast from my childhood, this delicious soup was very much needed by our household after succumbing to norovirus. As delicious as I remembered, super easy to prepare and great value. Also, this soup makes a great base for any casserole.
