I use these to stop my nails falling to bits. They generally tear easily but these seem to give them a fighting chance and therefore are less sore! Not a bad price either.

I’d personally still add a vitamin D supplement separate to this so as to get 25ug daily as the gummies are only 5ug.The mix of vits and minerals here are supposed to help support healthy “hair, skin and nails”, but I’ve taken similar “beauty” supplements with similar vitamins for a while now and haven’t noticed any difference myself. The packaging is nice, the gummies are presented in a plastic jar for freshness and the daily dosage is 2 a day and as there are 60 gummies this should last you around a month. There is a good selection of vitamins within this product at 100% NRV which is good but what lets this product down is the sugar content with the 1st ingredient being Glucose Syrup which is not for me, i try to avoid sugar as much as i can and would have preferred if a more natural sugar was used such as stevia and so on that basis i'm quite disappointed, plus i find the flavour quite sickly.
