You need to take the frame apart cut the hinge bolts to have the top slide into The top tube.

Item returned. The tension cords were much smaller than original. Didn’t work out. Quick delivery. Fabric was good, but not as strong as original fabric.

It works but it is definitely a replacement for the original and is difficult to install per the instructions. The eyelets and cord do not really match the frame on my unit and so it was a struggle and a lot of skipped eyelets and bulges in the material.

One of my gravity chairs had a rip so I ordered this to replace it, and it does do the job however not quite as good as the original. The sizing was correct; however, the grommet holes didn't line up all that well with the loops on my chair frame. I did the best I could with weaving that stretchy bungee cord through the loops in the frame and the loops in the mesh netting. It works and looks ok, but not quite as good as the original from the factory.
