Ideal little wheelchair for occasional use, I did have a problem opening it for the first time, there is a bit of a knack to it. Its quite well made and the extending Pull Along handle is very useful.

Item just arrived, pleased with sturdiness and easy to open but failing miserably to fold up. Any advice would be gratefully received.

We couldn't open it up when it arrived either. However, try laying it on the floor. Magically, when we depress the button in the handle it unlocks. Not so good if you are travelling through mud but fine if in an airport etc. The rock hard seat was a shock, but I've ordered a folding gel cushion that opens to 15" so will try that. Anyone got a solution to the poking out screws in the back by the brake handles? OK if you are wearing a jacket but sore if just a dress. Still glad we ordered it as the design is good apart from the above. Excellent to have larger wheels and shock absorbers. Great footrest that tucks away without a problem and the wheelchair folds like a children's buggy.

Bad at dropped curbs and anything with a leg

it is light but i must admit the instructions are not very clearand the fact that there is no product name also makes it very hardwhen just starting to use it needs a bit of force to drop the seat .

Not in constant use so have to work out how to open it each time (our issue). Not helped by new unit 'stiffness' (far better than too 'floppy').Very happy with it.

Great little wheelchair. But found it so hard to get open. Was about to return it when suddenly my grandson tried pressing his foot on the two pieces of metal (at the bottom of the chair). that look like what the chair would rest on. He pressed his foot on one of those and it came straight open. Tried several times after that and problem was solved.
