Session Notes Notebook: Session Notebook For Therapists

I absolutely love this notebook for my therapy notes!!! Anyway you would consider making easy tear pages????

Each sheets is tightly fixed in place as a book and unable to detach the sheet. Tried and it rips the left side of the sheet. I thought I would be able to easily detach each sheet and put it in my file individually, but no. It's very well glued together. Just wanted to share so people are aware.

This tool has helped me to organize my session notes. I enjoy a note pad and find these have reduced time required to organize and transcribe, and carry to consultation meetings.

Practical

As a therapist I'm always looking for a way to keep my notes short a sweet without saying too much about my clients. This works well.
