Really close to pasta!
These are some of the more budget-friendly iterations of Konjac noodles. They are good in ramen or pho or added to a stir fry. There's no need to dry them when adding to soup, just rinse under cool water for a minute then put them right into the broth. They're decent with tomato sauce but I prefer a slightly thicker noodle like spaghetti or fettuccini (dried in a hot pan 1st) over these. I can't say I noticed any mushroom flavor but it didn't detract from the noodles either. If you are doing keto and miss pasta, these are worth a try.

Texture
I love this product and will continue to buy. You can use this as a spaghetti replacement. I buy the mushroom. I follow the package direction to the letter. Personally, I brown mine with garlic and whatever sauce I want at the time whether Asian or Italian this product works! The texture is great. Best I have found.

Good but needs better quality control
I’ve only tried a couple brands of these kinds of noodles. Although this one is mixed with mushrooms, you don’t really taste anything, and I think that’s a positive, since they’ll go with anything. I am giving 4 stars because I think they could be a tiny bit cheaper and because I got a bag that was full of mush.

I love these!
I'm not sure about why this got such negative reviews, but these are awesome and very filling. They are low calorie, the texture is that of any asian type dish, very versatile as I've used them in quite a few Thai and Vietnamese dishes. Everything costs an arm and a leg now, but at least these keep you full. I would recommend.

Best flavor and texture so far
These noodles have the best flavor and texture out of the seven or so shirataki noodle brands I’ve tried. You know that weird, bouncy-chewy feel they usually have? These, not near as much. They’re the closest to real wheat noodles I’ve had so far. I just wish they weren’t so expensive.
