I'm a writer and have tried several other keyboards with my MacMini. They all came up short when it came to Mac compatibility and some of the attempts at backlighting were a joke. However, this Macally keyboard has fixed all that. The key feel is identical to a MacBook Pro. The keyboard set up instantly and flawlessly with my M4 MacMini. And the large, senior-friendly lettering and backlighting of the keys are literally a sight for sore eyes. It seems that I finally found my ideal keyboard...

Excellent keyboard for Old Farts like me (Age 80). It has large 3/8 inch white letters on black keys and it is backlit. It is very easy on my old eyes. The only thing to make it better would be soft keys, as the standard hard plastic keys are rough on my fingertips when you of lots of typing.

The best thing I have bought this year! Makes keyboard easy to see for vision impaired older folks and it really does improve my keyboard skills.I highly recommend this product. It is plug and play with no difficulty too! It is affordable and so helpful!

Terrific item. Extremely easy to plug in and get started.Increasing or decreasing the backlight is simple - one key to raise, one to lower.My coworkers are jealous of my emoji key! I can respond much faster in teams with a thumbs up/down than they can.Removed one star because the option, command & ctrl keys are only labeled with letters, not the symbols. Those could easily have been added on the platform just below the actual keys, so they would both be large print.I had to add stickers, because most of the tech I use doesn’t have symbol/word, just the symbol.Also, the caps lock and power LEDS could be bigger, brighter, and closer to the center than they are.However, all in all, it is a great improvement for my eyes. It has a sufficient travel distance down to give me the unmistakeable haptic experience confirming that I did press the key.Some of the keyboards have such a short travel distance I have to watch the screen, letter by letter, to know whether the keyboard detected the stroke.Highly recommend

Easy to use a easy to see the keyboardAmazing keyboard,

Once you go with a backlit keyboard you'll never go back. Even better is this one with it's large, clear lettering on the keys. Way easier to use in a semi-darkened room that I use for video editing. Great feeling with the keys, has not been a problem anywhere even after all-day, every day use.

Large numbers and back lighting really help us old agers.usb a and c connectors make it compatible with future computers
