Air conditioner with many features
Easy to install. I connected to the LG app, which then automatically connected to Alexa. I can use voice commands to turn it on and off as well as adjust the temperature. It is reasonably quiet and cools very well . I am happy I purchased it.

Might be my flimsy window, but this thing is loud.
I may need to mount it better on my window, because where I have it, it is super loud. I love the APP and features.

Very loud racket when compressor kicks in making sleep impossible.
This LG air conditioner was for a small bedroom. When the compressor turned on, it made a horrible racket, making sleep impossible. I would rate no stars, and we returned it.

Aggressively loud
Works well but it’s so extremely loud. Way louder than my other window units. I try to not use it because of the noise.

It’s loud not so quite like the one i had before. Over all it gets the bedroom cool. If i new it was this loud i would of gotten a different one

Cools and is Quiet
I love this AC. It cools my bedroom! And I can turn it on from the app before I get home.I have not yet used the schedule feature. Also, it works a little better with Alexa rather than Google. Alexa allows you to adjust the temp and Google only let's you turn it on and off. This AC is also quiet. I don't have to turn the TV up to watch it. A really great product!
