Great product and great costumer service!
This is my honest review. I’ve had this for a couple of days and so far it’s great! I probably will update this review after a few months just give my experience on this radio. The screen is really nice, it’s big although there’s smaller screens that might be for your taste, I like this one. The touch screen is good, turning the volumen up and down from the screen is a little hard because there’s not a knob but I’m glad I get to keep my steering wheel controls. The manual tells you everything you can do with the radio, the wireless CarPlay for iPhone is awesome, just make sure you don’t have your phone hotspot connected or it won’t connect to your CarPlay.I was able to watch videos on YouTube because it’s basically a tablet and you can download apps from the Google App Store.I have a 2016 Jeep Wrangler JKU with an Alpine sound system and first I had trouble fixing the sound to sound right, and I contacted the store through Amazon and they were really fast answering and helped me until I got a solution.I’d recommend updating your apps once you’re connected to WiFi, it will improve the performance. The back up camera is good quality, I made a homemade spare tire bracket for my camera and I did the connection. The installation was easy but you need some common sense as well if you haven’t messed with wires.I recommend this product 100% it’s worth the price.

get what you pay for
Just finished installing this into my 2016 jeep wrangler, all I can say is that you get what you pay for.The good :install was very easy. The Bad:GPS still has me in Asia and can't change or find my current location. ( even with my phone connected)Bluetooth connection is scratchy af and comes in and out when you're sitting still. The mic for the phone has tons of feedback in it.going through the settings and apps on the unit will bog it down like its a slow cheap cell phone you get from the dollar store.very disappointed in this purchase and had I not bought it a while ago for a christmas gift I would return this..

Works well with quirks
Not the most difficult install but if you are not handy then get it professionally installed. Plug and play which was awesome but routing the wire can be difficult for some people. The good:Bright display and the sound quality improved a lot over the stock system. I thought I was going to have to replace a back speaker as it was distorted with the stock head unit, sounds great with this.Works with the steering wheel controls for volume.Connects with android auto via Bluetooth so no need to plug it into the USB. You have to set it up though to do it automatically when you start the car. It is in the controls to start tplink automatically, if not you have to press the tplink button on the screen.Looks really nice, looks like it was a factory option. The bad:FM radio reception is poor compared to the stock head unit. I might need to buy a more powerful antenna. No AM option that I have found, looks like it is not available. Not the easiest to use if you are not tech savvy.Reverse camera is black and white which I found odd considering it is listed as 1080P.You have to splice a wire on the wiring harness to attach the reverse camera. It would have been better to have an easier way to attach for those who do not have the right tools.Reverse camera has a limited range if you attach it to the spare tire mount on a Jeep Wrangler. You can either mount it to see further back but not close to the back bumper, or close to the back bumper but not see too far behind that. I mounted it so once we hit the redline on the screen we still have about 3 feet of clearance but can see about 6 feet back. It might be better to mount under the bumper but the cable didn't look long enough to do that.Overall we are happy with it considering the price, if I had paid a lot more I would have asked for a refund. I was getting quoted in the $900 range for a new headunit and backup camera at best buy and another local car stereo place so this is a LOT less expensive. I don't know if it would have worked anybetter, was not that impressive when I checked a Jeep that already had it installed. For the price it is 4 stars, if it was double the price, 3 stars and a return for me.

Great product for the price!!
Easy to install, and all the functions are pretty easy to use. Once that I connect to apple car play it’s even better. I own a jeep wrangler 2014 and with this stereo I feel like my vehicle is in the 21 century, the steering wheel controls work even to send texts via car play, camera works great, I even installed 2 usb plugs so we don’t have to open the glove compartment and look for the two usb wires. When you are connecting the camera you have to strip the brown cable to connect the red wire to work when you engage your gear in reverse and tape it electrical tape and you are good. Took me around 2 hrs to do the installation myself, removing all the front trim, running the camera wire, installing the new usb plugs and around 1hr playing with all the settings, the equalizer gives my jeep a better sound without having to change my old speakers. So go ahead and get yours, believe me you going to love it specially the $50.00 dollar discount coupon.

The radio where everything BUT the radio part works well...
This is a glorified tablet wrapped in a shell with some buttons added and a fitment for you Jeep. Don't get me wrong, I'm not bashing that, for 170 bucks you CAN NOT BEAT IT! But you must know there are some SERIOUS shortcomings:1. The radio SUUUUUUUUCKS. I mean THE. WORST. The antenna gets nearly no stations and the UI is ridiculously counterintitive. I'd LOVE, for instance, to be able to search stations without REPLACING every station. C'm on now...2. The backup camera hates your life. If you live in the cold it's hit or miss. If you start backing up BEFORE it loads, it's not going to load for you for a few days. NIGHTMARE.Everything else, however, if TOP FLIGHT. The touch is decent, the apps because they're Android, are responsive and easily updated. The GPS is good, and the settings, once you get them down, are not bad
