These do not come with instructions, so I'll tell you what you need to know to use them. Initially I could not get the one in the photo to stay on the breaker, then I realized there is a removable bottom plate that protects the clamp when you are not using the device. So, pull off the bottom cover plate and THEN the clamp attaches nicely to the circuit breaker handle. These are designed for a single pole breaker. Once I had it on, I could have added a tag. Over all, these are nice devices that WILL make someone stop and think. They need to remove the device to operate the breaker, so that's golden in keeping you from getting zapped!

The devices are decent enough for the price. They are relatively good at clamping down on the breaker switches. The only issue is that I had to remove a nub that could only possibly be used for indexing on certain types of panels to be able to work with the commercial panel that I was working on. I did not think I would have to do this because I have had other kits where this was not an issue. Other than that I had no problem with the product.
