This item is very reliable and works well, batteries last long time, very good grip and lightweight

This tool seems to be all I am looking for except a hammer feature but it’s very good for the price

Functionality

I bought this product to do some basic DIY around the house as my previous drill/driver had broken after nearly 10yrs of use. At first it seemed like a good product for the price light weight and fairly good for screwing into soft wood. However after just 2 uses drilling into an old oak beam it started to struggle the drill was still less than 2 weeks old. The drill died and I thought it may of been the battery so after changing batteries out it still stuttered quite badly for about a minute before it became obvious it was the motor and gave up all together. Amazon were very quick to refund the credit within 20mins of handing the parcel in at the local drop off point. Amazon 10/10 for service. Product 2/10 it may of been a one off issue but will go back to my known brands for piece of mind.

For the price it is a fabulous little drill. A bonus is that it comes with 2 batteries. It's a little on the light side compared to my DeWalt but it does all that I've asked of it. Only complaint is that you have to take the battery off it to put it in the case that it comes with.

Love this product. What’s even better is the two batteries supplied.It’s easy to keep working when one battery has got low.

I bought this drill, used it once for very light work. Then went to use it again recently and for some reason it stopped when switching from forwards to reverse, the switch jammed, it started to snell of burning and I could see slight smoke coming from the drill. I got the Batt out, waited and then tried again later and nothing. It's was only a few days after a month but there is no process for return beyond a month, so hence this one star review. Used twice for light work and then broken, with no option to refund or replace.
