This chopper is sturdy and easy to use and clean. Since I received this chopper, I have started enjoying cooking again. For years, I have bought cut veggies from the grocery store. No more, now I buy whole veggie and use this chopper which makes cooking so much easier.

Made soup using this cutter/dicer for the first time today. Time was cut probably in half! Very easy to dice potatoes, bell peppers, etc. Mandolin easy to use to julienne style carrots. Did not have to press down too hard in order for the vegetables to pass through the blades.Material is not cheap plastic. Stainless steel. It costs more then other similar products on the market but I think it's worth the cost.

Works well, razor sharp! Giving 4 starts because one of the inserts broke when trying to dice bell peppers - seems flimsy so will only use the larger insert.

Solid. Woks beautifully. Easy to clean. I mostly use this to chop vegetables & apples. Broke my last two plastic choppers. The price of this is steep. It has been worth the investment for our family.

Great sturdy dicer, chopper. It should stand up to the test of time. Very easy to use without a lot of effort to use the lever. I’ve gone through many plastic choppers so, decided to invest in this more costly one. So far, so good.

After buying 2 plastic ones that only lasted a few months we invested in this well made metal version.

Ok, it is just me. I want to make that clear. I did not like this food chopper because it had too many parts, blades and lots of instructions that would baffle a science major. The plastic parts looked like they might break over time with use but since I sent it back and got a refund I don't know how strong the plastic parts are.
