The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased a projector from Amazon, and I am thoroughly impressed with its performance! The setup was incredibly easy, and I was up and running within minutes. The image quality is outstanding—crisp, clear, and vibrant even in a well-lit room. The brightness level is more than enough for indoor use, and the color accuracy is spot-on. One of the standout features is the inbuilt speakers, which provide a surprisingly immersive theater-like experience. The sound is rich and clear, adding to the overall cinematic feel. It’s also quite portable, which makes it perfect for movie nights, gaming, or even presentations. Overall, this projector offers great value for the price, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a budget-friendly, high-quality projector.

I had been wanting to purchase a Projector for my home viewing pleasure. But most did not have the required features or meet my budget. Mainly I wanted to be able to see OTT platforms (Prime/NetFlix/Hotstar) and YouTube on my projector and didn't want to go for a Amazon Fire Stick just for this. Then came across this brand/model - WZAATCO- Android Yuva Plus- I was a bit skeptical about this as most of these projectors are made in China and very cheap and unreliable quality/after sales service. But checking out this seems to be a Bangalore based company and this model was on Android 9 and had built in OTT Apss AND Play store from where you could install any Android App.Coming to features of projector itself :1. Price Excellent - a bargain at 12 K with discount - other similiar ones are in range of 20-25 K2. Build - excellent build- very sturdy and looks good. Got a sliding dust projector for lens.3. FEatures - Excellent - Android 9 - it has got Play store and you can install any app from Play store.Has 4K resolution- very bright- sound quality from inbuilt speaker - not great but loud enough. Best to hook up a sound bar/speaker via Bluetooth/HDMI/AV cable.4. Ease of installation -very easy to install - user manual self-explanatory - Company also called me for online demo and provided link for online demo.5 Mounting - can be just placed on a table or ceiling / wall mounted - myself got it wall mounted by purchasing a wall mount from Amazon6 Connectivity- easily connected to Wifi- only 2.4 GHz no 5GHz - but that is OK as I have disabled 5GHz on my router anyway- Bluetooth connects easily to any headset/TWS/Speaker etc. Very clear sound.7. Ease of Use -very easy to use. Remote is fully functional and sensitive - even works backwards. i.e when viewing screen and projector is behind you -no need to point directly8. Cons - the native installed Amazon prime app did not work- had to download from PlayStore. was able to connect with my login to NetFlix/YouTube/Hotstar etc.Both HDMI Ports are marked 'HDMI' not sure which one is the HDMI ARC (which is supposed to be available as per product info given)9 Concerns - though lamp life says 50K hours - remains to be seen - wondering about availability/cost of LED replacement lamp.All in all AN EXCELLENT PURCHASE DECISION MADE - Cost Wise/ Feature Wise/ Quality Wise - GO FOR IT

My Frustrating Experience with WZATCO Alpha X Projector – A Cautionary Tale for BuyersI’m sharing this so no one else has to go through what I did.I bought the WZATCO Alpha X projector from Amazon in July 2024. At first, it looked like a good deal. But not even halfway into the warranty period, I started noticing a yellow spot on the screen, which made the projector practically unusable. I contacted the company and had to ship the projector all the way to their service center in Bangalore.It took almost a month for them to return the repaired unit. I was told the service was covered under warranty, but I still paid ₹500 for "dust removal and powder solution"—even though the issue was clearly a defect. Fine, I let that go, hoping the problem was fixed.But the trouble didn’t end there.After getting the projector back in late January 2025, I noticed that the autofocus feature wasn’t working at all. I had to manually adjust the focus every time, and even then, the image quality was off. Still, I tried to make the most of it.Then, just four months later, the same yellow spot issue came back—again during the warranty period. It was incredibly frustrating to see the exact same problem repeat itself, especially after already going through the hassle and cost of repair once.When I contacted WZATCO again, instead of standing by their product, they asked me to send the projector back to Bangalore again, and this time, pay ₹1000 in courier charges—plus additional charges for parts, if needed. They also said that issues like dust, black or white spots, or screen discoloration are not covered under warranty.Let me be clear:This is not a one-time accident or misuse. It’s a recurring defect in their product.Also, the autofocus problem was caused during their own repair process.Now they expect me to keep spending money and time to fix something that’s clearly a faulty unit.I requested them—very reasonably—for either:A brand-new replacement unit with a fresh warranty, orA full refund if they can’t deliver a reliable product.But instead, I got a scripted reply and more demands for money.So now, I’ve decided to take this to the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. I’ve collected all the proof: invoices, service records, and emails. I’m done being patient and silent.If you’re considering buying a WZATCO projector—think twice.Their after-sales service, quality control, and customer support are deeply disappointing.Don’t repeat my mistake.

Great product at the given price point. Image is crystal clear and auto focus feature works well. Inbuilt speakers are enough for living room. Projector does not heat up too much and setting up is as easy as a walk in park.
