Everything arrived in tact. Haven’t put the shelves together yet.

I wouldn’t recommend these, I would have returned if I didn’t miss the window. Less sturdy than others for similar cost and not square. Also the drill bit isn’t long enough for the length of the pole. Lots of issues.

Comes with everything you need other than the power tools

The item description states that the pegs are 6” in length but they are actually 7 1/2 inches. This rendered them unusable for my intended purpose. Will be returning.

I always wondered how they were able to get the shelves to hang on the wall and hold items safely on them! LOL I knew it was something to this effect! The quality seems well made! Instructions are well written, easy to follow. You may just need someone to help hold things in place.. maybe.. Other than that, it's a great value for what the price is. Now I need to find 2 perfect shelving pieces!

The kit arrived with all the parts listed in the Amazon description; 2 shelf brackets, auger, guide, router bit, and a multitude of screws and anchors. The solid steel brackets appear to be well built. The ad list them as rated to hold 100lbs, which is believable if they are attached to the wall properly. By that I mean affixed using 2" inch screws driven directly into the wall studs. The provided screws and plastic anchor are definitely going to fail under that much weight. Personally, no matter how much weight I was going to put on the shelves, I would ditch the screws and plastic anchor and attach the brackets to the underlying studs if at all possible.

This is a great modern solution for mounting a floating shelf. It came with everything I needed, including the correct auger drill bit and a template for the installation. The only challenge I faced was finding a board of the right size at Home Depot or Lowe's, as they do not carry the size intended at the store. Fortunately, I was able to find the right size at another hardware store, McCoy’s, at a reasonable price. Overall, I think this is the best way to install a floating shelf. The welded brackets provide solid support, unlike a wooden frame, which can be more time-consuming to build and may not hold as much weight. Just ensure you take advantage of the cutouts to directly install to studs for maximum support.

The the bit set and installation kit broke with the first try so we couldn't use it.
