Thanks to windows 10 going end-of-support in Oct 2025, I bought a new windows 11 PC. My Win 10 tower had Display Port output and the new PC had HDMI. My monitor supported HDMI. I purchased a DP to HDMI cable separately for my Win 10 machine so that both PCs and the monitor used HDMI interface. I hooked up all cables to the KVM (HDMIs in, HDMI out, Keyboard, Mouse and USB cables). I powered up both PCs and I was up and running without a glitch. I stuffed the KVM switch and cables under my desk and ran the remote switch button to the top of my desk. The remote switch button really made this set up work easily without having to fish around under my desk for the KVM switch itself when switching between PCs. I inserted a 256GB Samsung flash drive into the switch and used it copy all my data from the Win10 machine to the Win11 machine. It took a few weeks to complete customization of the Win11 PC and switching between the PCs was flawless with this KVM switch. The KVM has standard HDMI ports so before you buy, just make sure you have all the HDMI connections and cables that you'll need. This is a great little KVM switch. 5 stars.

I just needed a basic KVM switch to let me use 2 computers with 1 keyboard, mouse & monitor on my desk instead of 2 of everything taking up all my desk.In the time it took to plug in the cables & power this switch was up and working! Working perfectly for me, switches from pc1 to 2 quickly every time, so basically once you start using it, you just don’t have to give it thought or attention again, it’s painless and does the job!! The product includes a corded mini remote switch you can plug in so that if wanted you can locate the actual switchbox under your desk or by the computer etc instead of taking desk space, but still be able to conveniently switch PCs! I use that option and love it. There’s 3 USB ports on front of the switch so I can plug in the receiver for my wireless mouse etc and a flash drive that can be accessed by either pc. I’m very happy with this item and glad I took a chance on it!

I ordered this to replace my old KVM switch that started having issues. Pros: It was easy to setup and has worked fine since it was installed. The cable management is better than my old switch (which had fixed cables, as opposed to this switch where you only plug in what you need). I have it attached under my desk with zip-ties, with the remote button on the desk for switching, which is a neat and clean setup. Cons: Occasionally when switching between computers the monitor will go black for a few seconds and then resume displaying. A minor gripe is the remote button doesn't have a satisfying feel/click to it, and it's all black instead of two-tone like my previous (which is my preference).

Simple to set up, easy to use and reliable!

Initially I was planning to buy two monitors for my 2 laptops and was really worried on how to space them on my work table but then I came across this great product. Once the product arrived I just had to plugin a few USB Cables and OMG it worked like a "CHARM". Buying this is the best thing I have done. Computer Table does not look cluttery as there is a single monitor, single key board and single mouse and I just need to press a single button and it magically switches to the 2nd laptop. Trust me its a cool product if you have to use and switch between 2 laptops. Wiring in my photo might look a little complex but trust me its just a few USBs cables and not at all complex.

I had pretty low expectations for a dual monitor kvm, given comments I've seen online. This has worked excellently. First off, it was smaller than I had a realized, and it fits neatly on my desk.In terms of ports, all of them work without issue. It might be nice to have another USB slot but 3 is sufficient for my wired keyboard, mouse, and webcam. There's no audio output plug which I would have liked, though I'm not sure if that's something I could realistically ask this kind of device to do. Anyway, your computers can send audio to the monitors over HDMI.The button on the device to switch computers is physically robust. It takes a few seconds for my whole setup to switch, which I think is mostly on the end of the computer suddenly seeing new devices. Usually works without issue.There are some limitations to refresh rate and resolution. Both my monitors are 1440p, so I can run them both at a maximum of 100Hz, which is lower than what they're capable of. Overall, it's a worthwhile tradeoff for convenience, and I can run a secondary displayPort cable if I want, to switch to for gaming.
