Im sensitive, a sensitive. (human barimeter of life)When trying to self heal, idk know i had “Survivors Guilt”. I had never had an axieety attack.Pine is an answer, a helper.It helped me alleviate those weird subtle annoying emotions idk was anxiety, or guilt. -It helps w bothduring grieving or randomly bad days for whatever reason, which can be 1 of many, that just happen for whatever reason whether waking from a bad dream that leaves a residual low emotion that might not be easily identified by its vague nature.I often rec Pine now to anyone who is in the grieving period/process, or may feel a little i overwhelmed/stressed.Cant live w’out, now that i know.

I am familiar with this brand and have taken other supplements they make with good results. I'm new to supplementing with pine bark powder, however, and as of yet, haven't noticed any positives or negatives. I understand that herbal products can take weeks or even months before an impact is felt in the body, however. The capsules are easy to swallow with liquid and they don't have any flavor, thankfully. The bottle is dark green and was sealed internally and externally to indicate no tampering occurred. I think the price makes this a good value.

These set well on my sensitive system and seem to raise immune health. I am happy with the value for the money.

I heard pine bark helps with jet lag. I got this for that reason and took it in advance, during the trip, and after. It was hard to tell if it worked or not! I had no bad reactions and I think it’s good value for the money.

I opened one of the capsules to see if it tasted like a lush pine forest. It did not, but it did taste reminiscent of some type of wood extract to me, so I believe there is truth in advertising there.I also appreciate that they don't list using silica as an anti-caking agent like a lot of producers do, which IMO is a plus.The one thing I will note is that the label on the front says 1500mg "equivalent", but on the back it says "15:1 extract" at 100mg.I can't speak to their long-term effects, yet, but if you're looking for 100mg of super-condensed bark extract per capsule without the concerns of silica, these should do you fine.4 stars for being what they are, at what I would consider a reasonable price of around nine dollars at time of order.
