Small are mandrels German Instructions Rivet
Everything came with the set as promised. The product is very sturdy. However, the instructions were in German! I should have used google translate before using it, see picture. Basically, the warning says that if you are using the smaller mandrels, be cautious of the amount of torque you use. The small ones are easy to strip. So now I have to buy another M4 mandrel. I knew I should have taken German in college…Ahhhh! 😊 This is my first time using a rivet nut tool but I don’t think the product is defective, I believe all rivet nut tools have the same issue for smaller sized mandrels.

Skip it. Update. First use, tool broke.
How annoying. The sell this as a whole kit. Yet only half the items fit in the carry tote case. The other?! I have no idea you're just supposed to willy nilly toss those around somewhere. Not to mention. Today the item is 20% off after i just purchased it yesterday. Item going back.

Lots of bits and nuts but case can't hold them
The case is designed to only hold the metric bits but there would have been plenty of room to hold the SAE. So I cut out the holding spaces for the metric bits and I designed and 3D printed my own bit holder that holds all of the bits.The unit itself works fine but it takes a minute to changes bits.I wish it would have come with a metal nibbler too.

RG stuck
Hoping to get a little assistance from maker. The screw rivet adapter came inserted and screwed in hard, unable to convert to blind rivets which is the real reason for the purchase.
