Comfy, stylish, sturdy!
Comfortable and stylish.Poor Amazon drivers had one heck of a time trying to get it in my house; I told them to leave it on my deck as it’s not their duty to bring it in.I thought I was missing the legs and after buying a set I found them under the cushion.I guess my only ‘complaint’ is that it is more gray than brown, but it works for me.Great quality! Great purchase!

Poor Amazon Customer Service
The quality of couch appears to be decent for Ashley . The delivery Team was excellent - very polite. However - the Amazon help : chat/operator was useless. Couch missing the legs and had small damage to back corner. Amazon would NOT provide missing legs. Advised call ASHLEY furniture. Ashley advised nothing to do to help - call Amazon. Amazon answer was return it. I said just wanted legs. No option to replace missing legs even though available on Amazon for like $30. Poor customer service- don’t count on any help on a big item like a couch. There answer was return because of missing legs. Their cost/loss versus just send me missing legs. Would NOT buy an item like this again from Amazon.
