My son LOVES this bed. It was easy to put together. Pretty sturdy. It doesn’t squeak it had all the correct parts and tools needed to assemble. Looks great with the LED lights on it. It is true to size and great value.

The box was a little beat up when it arrived by fedex so i was a little worried but the box was well packed and all items were there. Easy to put together ( I did it myself) and is very sturdy. At this price point the bed is an amazing value. One thing to note…. the box is super heavy and was a struggle to get it down the stairs by myself. So if you plan on using it in your basement you may want to include delivery instructions to leave it by your garage door. The Fedex person was very kind and actually put it on my porch which I was not expecting so it was my fault for not requesting that.

It was easy to put together. I was worried about buying because I was reviewing comments. I bought it for a spare bedroom / when my college student comes home. The led lights easy to put on. Only complaint that the trundle had a few scratches..It seemed sturdy I will update if I have a problem. Shipped quick and received earlier then excepted.

This item assembled is just as the pictures represent. One of my twin granddaughters was able to help me assemble this item. I had a defect with one of the assembly screws for the light plug in bracket. Their Customer Service Team was excellent sending me a replacement via express delivery. This item is sturdy and looks great in their room. I highly recommend this product and their Customer Service Team.

As detailed. Super easy to get together and fast shipping. Be mindful about the thickness of your mattress. Our twin size mattress are a little two long and to think but it’s ok it work and my kiddos love it. :)

It’s easy to assemble. But it’s squeaky and makes noise when you sit, get up, anything. It’s just appears the pieces are not fitting snug.

Love it, i didn't know what to expect. Suggestion to use two people to assemble.

This bed was easy to put together except the backrest for the day bed , which is actually quite heavy unnecessarily, and the reason for deducting a star. Customer service was prompt and they understood the reason why I could not fix the screws on both sides of the backrest to align this backrest with the arms. They offered to remedy the situation but I just bought a longer screw and it worked. I bought 8 inch mattresses to go with both the top and the trundle bed. I like that you can use them together or roll out the trundle and take it to another room. Just remember that this has narrow metal slats so might not be the best for a foam only mattress but I don’t know for sure. I like it, have guests arriving soon and hope they like it.
