Will not stand behind their products after 30 days!
I purchased this computer for my mother as a Christmas gift. I purchased it 3 weeks before Christmas and wasn't able to hook it up for a couple weeks after Christmas. She's been having problems with the wireless internet connection. After days of troubleshooting I found that the wifi card is bad. This company WILL NOT provide any support after 30 day! They have no number to call so I would NEVER purchased anything from this company AGAIN!

All I had hoped for
Set up was easy that is once I plugged in the right monitor. Works great. So much faster than my 9 year old pc. Great price too.

Keyboard is not US standard
The computer itself seems to be working fine so far. I've had it running for about a week now. The only issue I encountered was that the keyboard that shipped with the computer is not a standard US keyboard. It looks like it might be a UK keyboard. The reason I say this is that the characters you would get from pressing the SHIFT key and the key itself are not labeled as US standard would be labeled. For example, on a US keyboard, the 2 key shows a @ above the 2, and the 3 key shows a # above the 3. On the keyboard that shipped with this computer, the 2 key shows a " above the 2, and the 3 key shows a £ above the 3. This was not a big deal for me because I was able to keep using the keyboard from the old computer this one is replacing, but if you don't have another keyboard to use, this could be problematic.

It installs itself
Once connected to the backup of the old, and the network, this box virtually installed itself. For a not techie, it was easy.

sold fault product and wont warrenty the item
From the beginning the desktop did not connect or stay connected to the WIFI. Seller tried to remedy the situation by replacing the Wi-Fi chip (not entire card) and being a novice I did not know how to install the chip so had to get someone to install it for me. This did not resolve the problem and the seller will not replace the item or provide a refund. So now I'm stuck with a $600 desktop paperweight. I contacted Lenovo directly and they said that unit wasn't supposed to be sold in the USA.***** WARNING** DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR*********

Don't Buy Lenovo
Machine was listed as new, but warranty expired a year before I bought it. The machine worked for a day and a half, then would not connect to the internet, eventually just stopped. Spent hours on line and on the phone with Lenovo tech support, could not fix the problem. That might have been because the machine came from the UAE. This is the second Lenovo I bought and had the same problems. The first one was sold as new, but the warranty had expired more than two years earlier, and, since it came from Uganda, nothing could be done.Addenndum: My experience with Lenovo in no way reflects on Chromebook Prosale, the seller I purchased the machine from. They can only sell what Lenovosells them.
