Sturdy, comfortable, silent, inexpensive
I’ve had my T11 from Elabest for about a week. Package arrived intact, opened easily, had a mix of cardboard and foam wrapping which seemed to have held everything securely. All parts were included, plus the tag offering a set of skate-wheel casters. Assembly was simple, instructions clear (with pictures), all parts aligned, and the included screws had a thread lock substance already in place. All screws tighten into metal threads. Took me maybe 20 minutes.I’m 6’1”, 200# for reference.Legs/base are metal pieces screwed together with two screws per leg. Chair frame is solid nylon, little to no flex. The mesh is elastic with great support, and I don’t detect any odor or chemical smells. The surface is grippy without being rough. Took me only a couple minutes to adjust height, arms, and headrest. I don’t share the chair so I don’t know if I’ll move things much. No squeaks at all. It’s very comfortable to sit in. The lumbar pad is like a firm pillow behind your lower back which gives a bit and feels great to me. The lowest part of the backrest (not the lumbar pad) is at the bottom of my thoracic spine and there’s at least an inch of space between the plastic frame and my back. The headrest is the same mesh and I can adjust it to sit perfectly at the base of my skull.Downsides:There is no adjustment for the recline tension, and just 2 ‘stops’ you can slide the locking pin into for fully up or reclined. The seat base does not tilt with the backrest. The design uses a foam cushion under the nose of the chair behind the mesh. The armrests are very thinly padded, but the detents in adjustment are fairly firm and there are a LOT of ways to position them. I wish the chair went just a couple degrees more upright, but I’m used to a very vertical position.I’d say this is a decent budget office chair if you don’t need a custom reclined position. No idea how it will hold up, but I’ll update if I find any wear or other pain points. For the $200 you’ll likely spend I think it’s a good buy. If you have the budget or need for more features, this one may not be for you.

Great built quality
The after service is great! Very responsive and communicative support team. The chair has a great built quality and quite a sturdy and strong for its price point. There’s clear instructions on the assembly process provided by a high quality colored manual.Overall great buy and alternative to the more expensive ones.

They stand by their warranty!
I’m editing my prior review and raising the number of stars. You can read my prior review below for details. I bought this chair and it malfunctioned in the first three months. I was pretty frustrated so I wrote the review below. However, after buying another chair to replace it about a week and a half later I received an offer from this company to replace the malfunctioning chairfree of charge or refund my money. It’s hard to describe how impressed I am that they stood by their product. It really was a great chair and perhaps had I not bought another one. I would’ve taken them up on their offer to replace the one that malfunctioned. Here is my earlier review: This was a great chair for 3 months. Today it jammed in the reclining position and would not re-adjust. I am not stupid. I know how to work the chair and loved it until it gave out today. Of course I would be stunned if the seller cared but I can always hope. It is now residing in my trash can as I was unable to get the mechanism to work even after unbolting the back. So....if you want a great chair for no more than three months....this is your chair.

Comfort, Quality Materials, Excellent Construction, Fit, and Finish!
I just got me a nice chair for Christmas!I just assembled the T11 Mesh Rack Ergonomic Office Chair in under 45 minutes and it is wonderful! Excellent design, function, and fit, (I am 6'1"). So comfortable! The adjustable headrest height and angle, the super lumbar support, (it's better than my car's lumbar support), along with the firm tilting seatback spring makes this a great chair for me! You can lock the seat back forward or reclined or leave it springy and supportive.Assembly was easy thanks to comprehensive and detailed written and illustrated instructions printed in a booklet made of quality, glossy stock paper, unlike the typical sets of barely legible pictogram directions one often receives with DIY assembled stuff. A sturdy 6mm wrench, (8" long") fits all 24 screws and bolts. That wrench is a keeper; it is going into my bike's toolkit 'cause it fits several adjustments on my bike's frame. I also appreciate the factory preapplication of thread locker on the threads of the screws. The materials and finish are excellent quality; no rough edges or molding burrs. Here's the bonus, at least in my opinion:I just discovered that I can bring the chair up to the edge of my desk, adjust the correct height of the armrests in combination with the seat height, and pivot the armrests slightly inward in order to support my lower arms/wrists while typing. I slid the keyboard a little closer to the edge of the desk and now my hands are positioned just above the keyboard in a better, more comfortable position than a keyboard wrist rest/support. No worries about carpal tunnel inflammation. Posture is perfect and yet I'm comfy, too. I'll bet Elabest's marketing team didn't think to include this as a selling point, huh? This chair is one of the best, comfortable and functional chairs I've ever used, and unless something fancier or more luxurious, like leather, woodgrain, chrome or electrical power is desired, this is the new chair to buy yourself or someone else, for Christmas or for any reason!

Best Customer Service!
Best Customer Service! I had an issue with my chair, and the customer service team was absolutely amazing. Ada was especially helpful—so kind, responsive, and efficient. She made sure everything was resolved quickly and smoothly. It’s rare to find such great support these days. Highly recommend this chair just for the customer service alone!
