This Smart Lock is AMAZING!I Unfortunately have had to be away from my home many many times over the last month or so, my wife had been in the hospital and extremely sick and I really wanted to get a security camera for my home because we had to be away from it for so very long and to be honest, I was pretty worried about leaving my house empty because there have actually been quite a few break-ins from a group of four kids in our area over the last couple of months. But with this WONDER FAMILY smart lock, I have so much peace of mind! It's blown me away. The setup was surprisingly easy, and I love that it has so many ways to unlock - fingerprint, code, card, app, and even a regular key just in case. Knowing I can check in on things and make sure everything is secure from miles away is a game-changer. I truly feel safer now leaving my home to be able to stay with my wife at the hospital.The camera is fantastic! It's so clear, and I can see everything happening at my front door, even at night. The motion detection alerts are super helpful, and it's reassuring to know I'll be notified if anything suspicious is going on. The AI features are mind-blowing! It can tell the difference between a person and an object, so I don't get false notifications. Plus, it keeps a log of everyone who approaches the door, which adds another layer of security.The fingerprint sensor is so fast and accurate! It recognizes my fingerprint almost instantly every time. My wife, my kids, and I all registered our fingerprints, and it even lets us create separate passcodes for guests. Speaking of installation, I saw a comment where someone was upset about having to do some minor adjustments to their door. Honestly, that's just part of installing any new door lock! I actually thought this one was pretty straightforward. Yeah, it's a bit more involved than a standard deadbolt, but it's worth it for the added security and peace of mind I have now.Honestly, I can't say enough good things about this lock. It's so well-designed and user-friendly. The app is intuitive, and the lock itself feels really solid. I am also, so far impressed with the battery life I have had this installed now for about 1 month and 2 weeks and it is still running perfectly. I truly love and I appreciate that there was so much thought put into this combo, even the little things, like the bright keypad and the clear voice prompts, make a big difference. It's clear that WONDER FAMILY put a lot of thought into every detail. I feel like I'm living in the future! When My wife and I are able to be home permanently and out of the hospital, I'll be sure to add a video to this review showing off my setup. I did take a short review before I installed everything of the parts that come with it, it is really well built and feels pretty heavy duty. I love the door locks they're absolutely brilliant.... I am excited about the future of this company , and I will be looking into what other items for home they sell . If the quality is as good as this is ... I got this for my husband's shop! It is built to stop! The installation was easy and everything you need is included!! There are many ways to lock and unlock, including fingerprint!! I love that it also comes with a camera for that extra security. This door lock exceeded my expectations and my husband is happy! It's always a plus! LOL

I really wanted to love this smart lock set. I have a mortise lock I needed to replace and it’s difficult to find a smart lock for a mortise setup. This seems to be a great product but once I started to install it I found the instructions to be completely different than the actual product in the box.I needed to reverse the latch and the manual had incorrect steps (or rather it had correct steps for a different mortise lock). About half the steps in the manual did not match the product (no cylinder for lock, no screws supplied for installing door hardware) and there were other issues (hidden key compartment is different than manual or just doesn’t exist). And I needed to trim about an inch off the metal rod on the lock lever because the rod was too big and did not have a place on the opposite door handle to sit. Great value for the money here but the overall experience has been very frustrating.WF - please I beg you… please update your instructions so they match the product in the box. And please make some instructional videos that you can host on your website and YouTube to make it easier for customers to troubleshoot and install!

Good but didn’t fit

If you want to feel safe and secure in your home, purchase this masterpiece. This lock is incredible and very high tech. For the price and all that it has to offer, you cannot beat this! Very modern, sleek, and simple to use. No more locking myself out the house. With this smart lock I can simply finger touch, use my key card, or type in a lock code and I’m in!! I absolutely love mine and highly recommend.
