This system replaced a 14-years old RO system from another manufacturer and I am very happy with this decision. It was nicely packaged, components are solid, and even extra parts are included. Installation of RCC7-BN was pretty straightforward, takes me about two hours, and both manual and YouTube video is helpful. Production speed and capacity are impressive too, and we have great-tasting water next day. For comparison, our city water has a TDS 130, and RO water - 4. Also, by feeding it to our fridge (with separate kit from iSpring) we got great quality ice without any smell and eliminated old ice maker filter.Having some issues with extended warranty registration online, I contacted customer service, and Nick helped me right away. I would definitely recommend this great product (you just can't go wrong with more than 16K overwhelmingly positive reviews).

I have purchased three of these units over the years and couldn’t be happier. I always test the quality of my water and the ppm is nearly nonexistent. With my most recent purchase, the faucet was a little “leaky” and I immediately called iSpring to see what can be done. John helped me out and immediately sent out a replacement.Easy install, high quality product, reasonable filter replacement cost and excellent customer service! Excellent through and through.

Purchased my iSpring RCC&, 5 stage system 7 years ago. Kept the filters changed as maintenance suggested. Filter replacement is not expensive especially considering what you are getting. The water tastes better than bottled water. I have three dogs. After reading how another iSpring user had tested to see if his dogs could tell the difference, I tested this myself. I placed two bowls of water on the floor. One with faucet water from the city and one with the iSpring filtered water. the dogs would not touch the city water. So there's that. My wife makes coffee with it and there are no more deposit build-ups in the reservoir. The coffee maker stays much cleaner. We cook with it. Our hummingbirds love it. There is no doubt that with all the things found in our water today, this is a huge and affordable way to have clean drinking water. It is a major plus to your health. On the maintenance side of things, I had a stage 1 canister that cracked due to water pressure issues in my city. My system was out of warranty and I was expecting some astronomical price for a replacement cannister. Not the case. They replaced my cannister for a very reasonable price, cheap in my opinion, and all was well again. Now that it is 7 years old, I again found myself with a cracked head unit due to water pressure issues. Again, iSpring came through. They sent me a whole updated head unit and again for a very reasonable price. They also sent me a pressure control device to prevent pressure extremes caused by my water source, the city. No sooner than that was repaired, the bladder in my tank failed. And once again, iSpring came through not only with a new tank for a verrry reasonable price but, I purchased the next size tank up (5.5 gallon)for just a few dollars more. All-in-all. I am EXTREMELY happy with the quality of the water that I get from this system. I am also EXTREMELY satisfied with the service I have received from their support people and on one final note, when they ship parts to you, if is FAST, FAST, FAST. I LOVE my iSpring water filtration system and I would NEVER go without one. In fact, I am probably going to install one in my mothers home in the near future. I don't usually recommend products of any kind to anybody. But every once in a while a product comes along that stands out as exceptional. this is one.

We’ve been using the iSpring RCC7 system for about six years. This is our second time purchasing the product because we recently moved into a new house — and once again, Big thanks to John from the customer service team — he was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the parts replacement. we’re genuinely impressed!The system provides plenty of clean, ready-to-drink water. The taste is excellent — even better than most commercial bottled water. Installation was smooth, and all the components feel high-quality.
