Got this set for my 5.5 y.o. reading practices. He loves the characters, the stories, and enjoys reading a lot. Set comes with carry-on box with welcro. My favorites are illustrations.

My son loves reading about Splat the Cat. He laughs because the story is funny and his level of understanding. The pack is a great deal and we love reading all the books. Its perfect for beginning readers and great to read to young children. The illustrations are adorable and colorful and funny.

This is being read to a second generation of children who love Splats antics.
