Learning fun! Grows with toddler!
A fun way to practice words! That said I actually bought it for the snap feature. My 2yr old is obsessed with taking the lids off and on markers (why?! Why are toddlers like this :) ). So I bought this for him to take a part and put together. He now matches the colours of the puppies. One day we’ll use it for the words too.

And I was amazed by how engaged she is with it
I've purchased this toy for my soon to be 1 year old daughter fully aware that this toy is a bit too early for her. And I was amazed by how engaged she is with it. The puppies are of perfect size for her little hands, so it's easy for her to grasp and hold them. She is very busy splitting the puppy and looks very happy when she has tow items in her hands instead of one :)The toy is of a very good quality, does not smell like plastic and comes in a nice bucket.Would definitely recommend this toy to my friends and will probably buy a couple more for birthdays gifts.

Can be used for multiple purposes
These were great for our beginner reader and his little brother who was learning colours. Not a ton of combinations that you can make (vs. flash cards) but certainly more fun to learn with munipulatives. Also the plastic case has stood up to their use so I'm pleased with that.

Fantastic and fun
This is one of several versions. The children love them. Great for at home, too. These are especially useful for special education students in small group work. I use them as incentives. They finish working directly with me, then use the sets independently or in partners. They never tire of them. Currently, my autistic children are highly engaged and talk a lot while working with these.
