It’s a universal fit close coupled cistern and sink. Both quite petite.

does the tap come with the sink?

Yes it does. However, quite strangely, it’s a ‘metal look’ plastic tap! I assume that a regular tap would be too heavy for the unit, which is really lightweight.

How does the cistern fill with water and can you use the tap even when the cistern is full?

The cistern fills the same way as a regular toilet. The tap is connected to the supply-line and you can it when it’s full the overflow drains into the toilet as if it were flushed . Hope this helps
