Binged it!
This trilogy was such a nostalgic, emotional ride. It perfectly captures the feeling of summer—the sun, the sand, the sweetness, and the heartbreak. The characters feel real, especially Belly, whose growth through the three books is both relatable and sometimes frustrating in the best way.If you love a good coming-of-age story with love triangles, family dynamics, and beachy vibes, this series really delivers. It’s an easy, bingeable read that pulls at your heartstrings and makes you remember those intense teenage summers where everything felt big and meaningful. I’m so glad I read all three together—once I started, I couldn’t stop.

A good quick read.
I've enjoyed reading this trilogy, as I had watched the 2 Seasons on Amazon and wanted to see what exactly happened in the 3rd season. Since this is a summer storyline actors and writers are on strike, there's no telling when the 3rd season could air.All movies take liberties when writing them on the screen and this series was no different. Yes, the storyline of the trianglular love story behind the books is there. Belly doesn't lose her virginity in the books. Steven and Taylor play a small part in the books. There's no Aunt Julia or Skye. The boys knew about Susannah's cancer. Laurel's last name was different and she wasn't a writer. Also, no Cleveland. The house was put up for sale by Adam, but is ultimately kept w/out selling Boston home.I thought the 2nd book was a little boring, but was able to get Jere's perspective. Book 3 gave Conrad's perspective and focused a lot on him and his wanting of Belly. However, I can't wait to see how the story actually ends in the TV series. Will it be Conrad? Now that a mentioning of spin off of the series is being talked about, there's a possibility it could be different. Will they focus on Belly's Spain trip? Jere's unfaithfulness? Their time at school? Conrad's med school in CA? His mental health? The 3rd book starts out jumping ahead two years. Read the book to find out more. The 3rd book keeps your attention. At least it did mine. You'll catch lines right out of the book in the TV series. It just may not be in the exact storyline as the books. But you'll recognize them immediately. I did like that authenticity.
