Yes. It looks like snow until you slant it towards the light, and then it looks sparkly, like glitter.

Let's try this again because no one understood my last question. If I'm using a 2"x2" stamp 100 times, how many jars of this will I need?

You shouldn't use more than a jar. For comparison, I used a little under half a jar for about 100 1"x1" stamps. A little goes a long way in this case. Although I would buy an extra jar for good measure.

Does it puff up becoming more dimensional?

Hi, it puffs up a little bit nothing truly puffy. This is the best embossing powder I use by far.
